I broke down and finally used the 25% coupon for a book I had my eye on.
Alas, my first payment method via credit card, I got a window claiming the transaction did not go through. ("Transaction failed" it said).

So I paid the second way via my pay pal account.
Lo and behold I receive TWO receipts for the same book! One for my credit card and one for my pay pal.

I wrote to customer service explaining what happened and hopefully they will refund one of them.

Has anyone else had this happen to them and did customer service resolve that mistake?
I am a little sad

about this, because I would not have done it if I couldn't have saved the money.
