Harry, words well taken. Please take the thanks with grace--as it is sincerely given.
Please remember, though, that us "newbies" (not quite 1 month with an ereader) here are just that. I am just learning how to use my reader (sandbox level)--heck, just getting the nerve to transfer a book offered in one format to epub has me nervous of destroying the formating.
I am not a techie, proficient in HTML/coding nor have I figured out the knack of "re-publication" or "format-proofing" (didn't honestly think it would be necessary to read a book) and while it would be most desired, I cannot read at the speed of light to start editing the books that have been contributed. (Plus, I edit all day long in my work on my pc and frankly like to "just read" every once in a while, please don't be upset.)
As I have posted previously--I, for one, joined the "ebook family" rather naively expecting the same quality of books in this format as in PB. I was promptly quite disillusioned. It is the elibrary here that have convinced me to stay with it (and even look into furthering my education with html, etc. to deal with formatting, as time may permit).
I confess to having downloaded a few which strike my fancy. I have not gotten to reading them let alone proofing them. And so I add my thanks, as well, and hope that my heart-felt appreciation for your and others' efforts is well taken.
