In saying that let me make it quite clear I only want my Cybook as a book reader. Be honest, there are better products out there for music and photos.

Mine came out the box fully charged and I'd read Shogun and half of A Tale of Two Cities before it froze with a pretty checkerboard pattern. I spent a frantic few minutes trying all the buttons, and even the reset, before concluding it was a flat battery. Some sort of low battery warning would have helped.

Another minor problem I've encountered is an inability to re-sync edited books I created using MobiCreator. Solution? Just open up Explorer and drag'n'drop. Is that a bug or a lack of a feature? I don't know.
seems to be the 'best' way to transfer files..safer..
