My kindle touch has stopped responding when I touch anything other than the menu bar. How do I fix it?


I've tried a hard reset (holding the power button down for 20 seconds), the home button, the back button on the menu bar, turning pages, recharging (though the battery was still charged halfway), and a hard reset while recharging on the computer.

Help!
