I think if I could get the hardcover of a book I really want to read immediately on day of release or at most the day after, I might wait for the ebook to get cheaper.

As it is, BookDepository, which I otherwise love dearly, takes at least 10-14 days to get a book to me, so ebooks have a lot of extra value for me in those rare cases!
