This +1. God that's irritating!

I seem to be one of the few who picked "yes if it's a release that I've been waiting three months for", although it's usually more like five years...(GRRM & Paolini, I'm looking at you!). I will also gladly pay full price for each and every Dresden Files novel.
Aside from the above examples though, I won't buy a book that I can't discount with a Kobo code.
