logos, logos everywhere

OK, Sigil, has put its own logo icon on every .txt file on my computer. The app of choice remains WordPad, but the Sigil logo still shows up. Not if .txt is set to NotePad, just if it's WordPad.

It started out setting itself up to be the handler of choice for both .txt and html files, but I stopped that crap immediately.

1. How did they do that with the logo?

I'm assuming they've hidden an icon deep in a WordPad file somewhere.

2. How do I undo it?

This is absolutely and totally unacceptable behavior for any app of any kind. Must be a bunch of kids trying to act like M$.
