This is similar to the K-12 sw they had so it looks as though they developed it themselves, plus as i said with the updates before, when they plan on releasing them we'll surely know where the download link is coming from.

Hanvon uses windows ce at the core to run the device. I doubt Ectaco dumped the core OS to develop from. Besides it shoudl say something about the OS in the "about" screen. anyone checked?
