My problem was I was wanting to do a paragraph split at the same time

Splitting at the (correct) end is good.
BTW Splitting a Div with a break has this 'won't split where you think it will' issue in BV
Is it possible to tint the un-splitable block (Similar to what NP++ does on wrapped long lines)?
