Of the current crop of E-Ink readers, only the iLiad has this. However, Astak's
9.7" E-Book Reader page says:

I don't see this in the smaller device specs. So one possibility is that they all have one "client" port for charging and connecting to a Desktop computer, but only the 9.7" has a 2nd "host" port for USB memory sticks. However, the specs are not very clear on this point and don't explicitly mention USB memory sticks.
