I tried to take a speed reading course in highschool but maxed their machine out the second week (it was a film strip projector affair that only went to 780 words per minute.) I intended to just work through the material anyway to inflate my gpa, but they caught on and made me take a logic course instead.

With PTSD, my reading speed has decreased drastically in recent years.
