KOBO NO support

KOBO keeps replying to my complaints with the same excuse and NEVER follows up.

The support team apparently can't read, is really incompetent, doesn't give a damn or is just plain crooked. SHAME on Indigo....

I want a refund for my KOBO since the last update causes nothing but problems and is just an advertising tool now. KOBO refuses to satisfy me after two months of constant calls and emails.

What a way to treat someone who bought a product as advertised.
