Sitting here shivering on the coldest day of the year with a broken central heating system. Engineer won't come out until Friday, and I just know when he gets here he's going to say that he either will need to order a new part, and it'll be another week of no heating, or that the boiler is obsolete and we'll need to buy a new one...
