The settings Lorenzo talked about I couldn't find. But fast-scrolling works fine with me.
If I will scroll a long list, I just wipe with the stylus in the vertical direction I want and release the pressing if the list start scrolling for itself.
While the document scrolls for self, in the right side near the scrollbar a big gray button appears. If I tip and hold the stylus onto this button, I may wipe this button in the vertical much more faster through the lists than by usual scrolling.
