Your statement is only partially correct. Amazon is willing to let B&N sell the pbook version but not the ebook version. With ebooks being the future of books, not being able to sell the ebook version is essentially saying you can't sell my book.

Amazon wants B&N to give up retail space for its print books. B&N rightly is saying no, the retail space in their b&m stores is too valuable. Better to put another publisher's books in that space.

Your argument that Amazon isn't refusing to sell the Nook is questionable. Is it Amazon that is doing the selling or one of the marketplace vendors?
