Under the buy button is the gift button. It takes you to a form. you don't even have to give any "real" info. You have two choices. You will need your friend's email address or you can choose to email to self or print it out and give it them like in a card.
The basic form if you choose to email it to them is you enter their email address, their name and your name\nickname...etc and brief gift message.
I have done this with music. My hubby has a student account and he got some free music credits so I gifted the songs to our main account so it be on the cloud for the both of us.
I don't see why it wouldn't work with these special offers. It may not I've never tried it maybe someone here has?
