Also parallel re-reading Joe Abercrombie's The Blade Itself with plans to finish the next two in the First Law series.
Oh, I really enjoyed "The bridge too far". An amazing concept that turned out to be better on paper then in reality. The movie is pretty good too.

I also enjoyed the First Law series. I started it on a whim and the first book was way better then I had expected.
