Hi everyone,

I just ordered a Pocketbook 912, so I thought it would be useful to get an account here as well. First post, here, to say hello.

I intend to use it mostly to read pdf files. That's why I chose a wide screen Pocketbook, which looks terrific at displaying pdfs. I read tons of articles (thanks to an institutional JSTOR subscription) and books on my laptop, and my eyes and neck are getting tired of this way of studying : small screen, far away, too bright... well, you know the story.
My research fields are in philosophy (epistemology, metaphysics) and christian theology. But I'll also grab some French classics as well, which I never take time to re-read since I left high school. (I'm French, btw.)

Well, until I get the device, I guess I'll just be hanging around, listening to what's going on here...
