One more thing:
I haven't read it yet, but it has pretty nice rating once you disregard those two 1-star ratings posted by people that couldn't figure out how to download the book.
No longer free today (although it is only 99 cents or borrowable from Amazon via the KLL; not lendable to a fellow Kindler).
