Maybe we could put a thread up in the Workshop area for people who are moved to DIY their own fixes, as with the error-riddled Lord of the Rings edition?
How does one make a thread 'stickied'? I'd be more than happy have my 'Hall of Shame' thread made into a sticky, if my permission is needed. Moderator? Perhaps it could be put on the 'Reading Recommendations' forum.

But I still think that it's effect would be multiplied if each person who posted to it sent a copy of the posting to the publisher and the author so that they would know of the negative publicity.
