My characters are all fantasy folks, mostly of the elven persusion.
However, even though I don't currently use them, I have noticed that many vendors are providing skin textures for figures like Victoria and Michael which are quite realistic, having both flaws and asymmetry. Check out some of Syyd Raven's stuff at runtimedna.
And if you want mesh asymmetry, it's easy to do in Poser's face room.
