It'd be the same as other e-ink devices, as it is the same technology. Probably 2fps at most, mainly the screen driver though, because some video's have shown a running DOOM game on an e-ink screen.
Instead of refreshing the screen, the driver actually refreshes the screen multiple times per second, though the individual pixel speed is still limited to 2fps (going from black to white or reverse).
But that does not mean that the whole screen should suffer from that lag. By addressing different rows and columns of pixels a time, it may be possible to get near fluid motion out of these screens!
