Are you referring to the older Library software, and is it still available somewhere? I have the new software, and I can't find this option anywhere.
Edit: So I found this article on Sony's website that explains how to do it. Apparently you have to click on Preferences while holding down the secret double hotkey combo:

Adobe Digital Editions is kinda like this too. I don't know why they hide this stuff behind undocumented hotkey combos. It's not like it would be an unrecoverable disaster if one were to accidentally deauthorize a device. Oh, well.
