Kobo reps have indicated that they are NOT using any info from sideloaded books in coming up with the recommendations, so you can safely download the Kama-Sutra
I know they would be using what you have purchased from Kobo and possibly what you have searched for while logged into your account, but some of the recs seem to be just random suggestions from out of nowhere.
