With the large screen size and high resolution (1200x824) on the Kindle DX, I would think the manga reading experience would be very good. Alas, I've no hands-on experience with the Kindle DX. I'm also not sure if it has native support of CBZ/ZIP like the iRiver has. The extra hassle of converting your CBZ files to PDF/MOBI might be something to consider.
