Just because you lack respect for someone's hard work in creating models, clothing, hair, and the like does not make it less of an art. It is a different medium is all. I am happy to support the artists who make these models using a different medium then you might prefer, and I also pay artists that use paint brushes and canvas. Thankfully the modern world gives us options so that we can work with what fits best with the resources we have to work with.
