I think it's safe to say that I will be very cautious before buying any e-device from Kobo in the future.
Just as a counterpoint, I haven't had a single significant problem with my Kobo Touch. It's interesting how widely people's experiences can differ when it comes to electronics devices. Ah, the wonders of modern technology.
