doesn't give me much comfort. What about small sites like mine or even MR? I don't have a pocketfull of lawyers to fight big media companies.

Some of the sections in C-11 are useful, but I'm against any that try to constrain Internet access or foster perpetual corporate copyrights by enshrining DRM.
