I'm not going to bother converting most of my fiction, but I've got a reasonably-sized occult-and-religious-books library, most of which are unavailable as ebooks. I'm gradually converting them. Process is slooooow, because I can't send them off to scanning services--I don't want the originals destroyed.
One of this year's big projects is to get myself a DIYScanner arrangement with digital cameras so I can start converting my artsy-hippie books that won't OCR worth a damn.
