The way I fix font/formatting problems it is to remove the drm and convert it to epub in Calibre. I then open the file in Sigil and format the book to my liking. Afterwards I convert back to mobi and send to my device.
There may be an easier way, but I haven't found it yet for the Kindle Touch.
