Not particularly. Many of my non-graphic novel/non-reference/non-foreign-language/non-artbooks are still non-fiction, out-of-print in paper, and not likely to be available in e- (and would probably wind up with rather bad conversions in the bargain, as they tend to have figures and illustrations and whatnot).
If a dirt-cheap version of a paper book I already own and moderately enjoy comes up, then I'll probably get it as a supplement, but otherwise I've no particular need or desire to go from paper to e-.
