If I then open another file and do the global find/replace again, it will finally find the first missed occurences. It is a strange issue that happens regularly but not all the time, I don't know how to replicate it exactly, and I'm not that sure what I'm trying to explain is very clear.
Has anyone encountered this problem? It's quite annoying because some time I think I have fixed all the non-breaking spaces and things like that and I start reading the book and find that Sigil has not replaced all occurences...
Oh, and I had the same problem with 0.4.2 so maybe this is not the good place to post this...
Thanks in advance for any help,

Well, the problem occurs again once in a while even when I place the cursor right at the start of a file. See
image 1, where I just clicked the "count" button, and Sigil tells me 0 match found — when we explicitly see a couple of matches right there...
And then —
image 2 —, I open another file, press again the count button, and it finds 21 matches of the searched string...
Once it found the matches in the second file, I can go back to the original file and if I press "count" again it will find them correctly.
Any idea what's going on?
