I create my covers with Photoshop and the occasional image purchased from Veer or other photo services.
I tried using Poser, twice, but never got very far; I couldn't get the hang of the controls for even the simplest facial expressions; then I'd look up, five hours had passed, and I'd have to move on! (I probably need a manual or a "for dummies" book...)
