Well, I can't say that I'm exactly pleased with Kobo's customer service. It took them more than a week to give me an RMA, and then I heard nothing from them. On January 15, forty-one days after I returned it, I sent an email asking what was going on. I recieved a quick reply stating that they had received it, but hadn't yet determined what to do with it. Finally, today I received an email telling me they would replace it, but no longer had black in stock, would grey be ok?

Now, I'm happy that they are replacing it, but it's been more than two months since it broke. That seems excessive and unacceptable.
