Most people tell stories about charging and have NO clue.
The bit in bold was why I was wondering, so thanks for clarifying, and thanks also teasonc for the additional info. I generally follow the don't fully discharge except very occasionally 'rule' without really knowing why, but I wasn't aware at all of "don't always charge to 100%", so I'll start doing that from now.
