I'm disappointed with K8. The references to HTML5 are dubious in my opinion. They support very little HTML5, and the tags they do support are mostly just HTML3 tags. I'm a big supporter of the Kindle product line, but K8 just gets them to the level of ePub 2, while still not being an industry standard.
I'd like to see them actually support HTML5 with full javascript support, so that we could have HTML5 Apps that could compete against iPhone and Android Apps.
