I'm late. As is the case with JaneD, the Palliser novels are my favorites, but the Barsetshire novels are delightful. I hope you'll follow The Warden with Barchester Towers because it would be a great loss not to meet Mrs. Proudie. I understand the problem of clearing the decks, however; said decks can resemble the Augean Stables.
