Buying from Sony vs "local" store?

So, I want the white one.
One of the best internet stores here in Sweden have it in black, it's a little cheaper than the Sony store (just a bit) and they have quite good service so if there is any problem I'm confident they will help me.
Can the same be said about Sony?
If you get a problem with your reader, such as bad response from the touch or something similar, will they help you?

It's not worth risking service for color, so what's your take?
