I understand there are reasons for geographical restrictions. What irks me is how Africa is treated as a country by those restrictions I've encountered. I haven't checked - and doubt it - but are any other continental regions treated like that?

With a population of 1 billion, there's surely a market for digitally delivered books where physical book infrastructure is lagging behind.
