I really don't know. No one else here has had the problem other then one person who install a bad version of it. So I can't say if it was the cause or not. To be on safe if your gonna restart your Fire it might be a good idea to make sure when you switch to the default launcher before doing it. I can't remember if I did that or not as I was half asleep.
I right now wonder if if it was the wallpaper app as it was the only new app installed before this happened but I can't say for certain.
