Cabell, James Branch: Heirs And Assigns. V1. 24 January 2012

These are the historical fictions written by James Branch Cabell (1879-1958). It consists of The King in His Counting House, Hamlet Had An Uncle, and the First Gentleman of America. They are listed under Branch Cabell, as that was the name he used at the time. As Cabell was known primarily as a fantasist, nobody would accept them as historical fiction, and assumed they were fantasies, despite his including historical documentation.
