Thank you for your great help, I went onto those sites and tried to download some books but because it was a American site it wouldnt let me. Do you have any links for free books and games on the UK site? I tried looking, but didnt come up with anythinng like that was on the American site.
Oh yes, as to the factory re-set, I didnt try one, I completely forgot about it and just downloaded all my books back onto my pocketbook.
