Arrow Best eReader for foreign languages (PocketBook IQ?)

I would love to get the Kindle Touch but unfortunately I decided against it because of the French dictionary problem.

I'm buying an eReader mostly to get easy access to public domain foreign language books, so having a good dictionaries is a must.

I read in English, French and German.

The eReader has to be less than $150.

I've seen that one being recommended here. It can play music, has wifi, and expandable memory. Great so far. But what about dictionaries?
