I have been asked about the procedure to generate the installer packages. It's not a terribly complicated procedure, but it requires a couple of prerequisites. It will be rather difficult to fulfill all of these requirements on a Windows machine.
Therefore, I have created a
VirtualBox appliance. This is a Linux Virtual Machine which has all prerequisites preconfigured. Creating packages is then as easy as starting the VM and typing two commands. (The only thing which you'll need to figure out is how to get the files back out from the VM
