Do you have the reading list plugin set up to populate a custom column with a tag for the lists? If not, that's how I would do it. (I think it's the only way to do it.) You can even hide the column after you've got it set up if you don't want it displayed.
For ex, set TBR to put "TBR1" in your custom "Lists" column (or whatever you name it) and set TBR2 to put "TBR2". Then create your coloring rule based on the contents of that column.
