I think I found a couple of items, when I first checked; the prices seem to vary greatly by country though, so the searches I use for <$10 show a lot that are more than $10 in the US:

this link, though. Some are purchase, others rentals for under $10. Others are apparently lower price outside the US.
Sort high to low to look at the $10 end of the list.
