What's not to make sense? Sure it was the new quad-sound off-line back-up unit in the background. Was there a touch of envy in not being able to wrap a virgin brain around a new concept? Perhaps there was the thought that Marc's down-under logic needed to be inverted -- as the
New York Times' logic often is -- in which case "cool" (or cOOl) becomes "hot" and the music was indeed "hot."
