As far as being able to prove that the nourishing grains are being stolen or not and since we're talking about overpriced food stuffs, a lot of it is rotting in the storehouse. The math is just too fuzzy, but it's a fact that 2+2 = 5. It's good old-fashioned horse sense to just point at the vermin both dastardly and innocent and not focus on anything about the business model.
Anyway and for the record, buy books from authors you like. Support them, it's their day job to amuse you. If we all need to keep defending something that's so iffy, then we're probably being just as immoral and the issue isn't really even iffy.
