Yes, micro SD is a option already. Performance wise and beeing stable it is no different than internal memory. The only thing you cannot put on the sd-card is dictionaries. I am using a 32 gb sandisk in mine. The one thing you lose if you remove the sd-card and reinsert: books are tagged as new again, and the Odyssey won't remember where you left of reading them. It does remember your notes, highlights, and bookmarks (they are saved into a seperate file). So if you are reading a book and you don't want to lose the page you are on, just make bookmark.
