I personally have spent some time reading on k4 and kT. The k4 screen looks the same as my k3. the KT background looks noticeably darker. I'm not going draw inference from that. If I bought the KT I would return it. My brother agrees with me about the screen, but he's too busy/doesn't want to reload his books. He also has better eyesight. It's all up to the individual. It's your eyes, your money, your enjoyment.
